PORTALES, N.M. — Next Saturday evening after the Homecoming football game against Tarleton State, the Eastern New Mexico University Athletic Department will hold its annual Hall of Honors induction banquet in the Campus Union Building. Rufus Smith, a multi-purpose threat for the football team in the mid 1980's is among this year's inductees.
