PORTALES, N.M. — On Friday morning Eastern New Mexico University athletic director Greg Waggoner announced the addition of marketing and events coordinator Barbara Baker to the Greyhound staff. Since 1997, Baker accumulated a wealth of experience at Northeastern Junior College, mainly in marketing services and public information.
