PORTALES, N.M. — Eastern New Mexico University athletic director Dr. Greg Waggoner has announced the addition of Will Edwards as the department's new director of media relations. Lone Star Conference athletics should be nothing new to Edwards, who grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas.
